Empty Windows Security page

Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”The Windows Security window (Settings → Privacy & security → Windows Security → “Open Windows Security”) launches, but instead of content it shows a blank page or the message “Page not available”. Most often the Virus & threat protection page is the one that comes up blank.
Typical causes
Section titled “Typical causes”- The Security Center and antivirus services are disabled or damaged: they were disabled by an “optimizer”, a tweak pack or policies — for example, to “remove Defender”.
- System files that the Windows Security window depends on are damaged.
Fix in BoosterX
Section titled “Fix in BoosterX”Open BoosterX → “Fixes” (in the left menu) → in the search field type “Windows Security. Page not available (blank)” → “Fix” → restart Windows — a restart is mandatory. The fix restores the blank Windows Security page.

How to verify
Section titled “How to verify”Open Windows Security again: the “Virus & threat protection”, “Account protection” and “Firewall & network protection” pages should open with content.
Manual alternative without BoosterX
Section titled “Manual alternative without BoosterX”- Open
services.msc, find the services wscsvc (Security Center) and WinDefend (Microsoft Defender Antivirus), set the startup type to “Automatic” and start them. - Launch a terminal as administrator and run
